WILCOX Donald E., age 84, of Springdale passed away on January 1, 2017 at Hospice of Cincinnati. He was born on August 16, 1932 in Amityville, NY to Clifford and Elizabeth Wilcox. On September 22, 1952 he married Nanette Allen; she preceded him in death in 1998. Donald was an aerospace engineer at General Electric for 37 years.
He is survived by his children, Diana (Rick) Rayer, Roger Wilcox, Philip (Jamie) Wilcox, Barbara (Robert) Baker, and Ellen (Earl) Lewis; grandchildren, Andrew Baker, Will Lewis, Holly Baker, Sarah Lewis, Clifford Wilcox, and Katie Baker. Donald is also survived by his sister, Lois MacDonald and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; and grandson Alex Baker.
Visitation will be Saturday January 7, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at the Forest Chapel United Methodist Church, 680 West Sharon Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45240. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Dr. J. Kabamba Kiboko officiating. Memorial contributions may be offered to the Free Store Food Bank or Fairfield Food Pantry.
