Passed away on Friday, September 16, 2005.
Donna was born in Hamilton, on March 22, 1962 to the parents of James and Helen (Smith) Messelling. She was proceeded in death by her father, James Edward Messelling, a sister Karen Elaine Messelling, grandparents, Theodore and Nora Smith, Benjamin and Nora Messelling.
On June 17, 1989 she married Mark Lenke in Batavia, Ohio. Donna owned and operated "The Whip" in Ross, Ohio. She was a 1981 graduate of Hamilton High School.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Lenke, son, Chad Puska, daughter, Cassaundra "Cassy" Lenke, step-son Ian (Julie) Lenke, three grandchildren, Conner, Griffin and Brooklyn, mother and step-father, Helen and Gary Rowe, brothers, Jim (Linda) Messelling of Dayton, Bill (Donna) Messelling of Englewood, Dan Messelling of Wisconsin, sisters, Diana (Mike) Clymer of Miamisburg, Debbie (Roger) Ellis of Carlisle, Patty (Eric) Braun of Fairfield, host of nieces and nephews, father and mother in-law James and Joan Lenke, sister-in-laws, Becky (Paul) Barrett, Debbie Lenke, brother-in-law, Matt (Lori) Lenke and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will held Thursday, September 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, Ohio with Pastor Mike Carmody of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church officiating, Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2005 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, Ohio
The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any US Bank for a scholarship fund to be set up in care of Cassaundra (Cassy) Lenke. The family will accept condolences at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
