GOODWIN

Donnie "Don" Franklin, of Hamilton went to be with his Jesus on December 22, 2011. Don was born in September 13, 1942 in Union County, Ohio to Donald R. and Marie Goodwin.

He is the beloved husband of Linda (nee Weiser), of Hamilton for 48 and � years; devoted father of, Todd (Leah),of Fairfield, Tara Williams, of Hamilton, Tommy, of Oxford, and Trent (Pam), of Hamilton; loving grandfather of fifteen. He is also survived by his eight brothers and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Don was a retired Certified Public Accountant and CFO of several companies throughout his career; member of Fairfield Church of the Nazarene since 1968 where he served on several district boards, local boards, and committees.

Funeral services will be held at The Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014 on Tuesday, December 26, 2011 at 11 a.m., Rev. Dan McDowell officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home and on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at York Cemetery, 20710 State Rt. 47, West Mansfield, OH 43358.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Fairfield Church of the Nazarene, 12190 E. Miami River Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45252 or Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave. Hamilton, OH 45013.
