Dorothy L. Wise

Age 95 of Hamilton passed away, Friday, May 20, 2011 at Westover Retirement Community in Hamilton. She was born February 11, 1916 in Hamilton, OH, the daughter of John Conrad and Cora (Sims) Hurm. On July 9, 1932 Dorothy married Carlin Wise in Newport, KY. She was a member of Washington Chapter #195, O.E.S.; and the Progressive Literary Club.
Dorothy leaves behind her daughters, Barbara Shuttleworth of Colorado Springs, CO and Carolyn (Ron) Franks of Fairfield, OH; grandchildren, Cynthia (Jeff) Larsen, David Shuttleworth, Steven (Erin) Shuttleworth and Michael (Sherry) Franks; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brothers, Donald, Blaine, and George Wm. Hurm.
