LEWIS, Earl

Age 94 of Fairfield passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024 at Hospice of Hamilton.  He was born June 28, 1930, in Manchester, KY, the son of Ford and America (Burns) Lewis.  Earl served his country in the United States Army from 1949-1952.  On November 25, 1959, he married Geneva Sester in Manchester, KY.  Earl was a member of Fairfield First Baptist Church and worked for as a printer for the Cincinnati Post and Time Star.  His devotion was to God, his family and his country and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Earl leaves behind, his wife Geneva Lewis; children, Paul (Darleen) Lewis, Douglas Lewis, and Sally Ann (David) Davenport; and grandchildren, Carl Lewis, Janae Ann Asche, Erin Jones and Brent Alan Davenport.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be 10:30 a.m.– until time of funeral service (12:30 p.m.), Thursday, November 21, 2024 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH   45014 with Pastor Tim White officiating.  Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton.
