Eddie Ray Lewallen

LEWALLEN Eddie Ray, age 61, of Fairfield passed away on November 30, 2014 at Mercy Hospital Fairfield. He was born on August 16, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Roy and Delilah Lewallen. He is survived by his loving parents; dear sister, Brenda (Laurel) Dick; niece, Lori (Michael) Smith; 3 great nieces and a great nephew. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday December 3, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, Ohio 45014. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Bobby Groves officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to UC Foundation, Lung Cancer, Box 19970 Cincinnati, OH 45219-0970
