WEAVER, (Edna) Delores
Age 64 of Hamilton, passed away October 12, 2011. She was born in Rockcastle, KY on February 4, 1947, she was the daughter of Harvey and Della (nee Jennings) Bond.
Delores was a long time teacher at Fairfield High School, teaching Work and Family Life. After her retirement in 2000, she became very active in Church work at St. Mark's Methodist Church in Fairfield.
She is survived by her beloved husband; Gary Weaver whom she married in 1986 at St. Marks United Methodist Church. She is also survived by two brothers, Victor (Millie) Bond of Mt Vernon KY and Curtis (Velma) Bond of Campbellsville KY; one sister, Loretta Winkler of Okeechobee FL. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Isabel Marler; two brothers, Robert Bond and Thurman Bond.
Services will be held at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 4601 Fairfield Ave, Fairfield OH on October 17, 2011 at 7:00 pm. Visitation will be held October 17, 2011 at 5 to 7 pm. Final services will be held at Dowell and Martin Funeral Home in Mount Vernon KY on October 18, 2011 at 4 pm. Condolences may be sent at www.avancefuneralhome.com
