Age 79 of Cleves, OH passed February 2, 2013 at his home. Loving husband of Margaret (nee Bell) Felix; beloved father of Stephen (Mary Ann) Felix, Brad (Debbie) Felix, Jay Felix and Brandon (Tammy) Felix, and Kay (Gary) Rowland; grandfather of 8; and great-grandfather of 6 and "1 on the way"; Veteran of the US Navy. Preceded in death by parents, William J. and Henrietta (nee Leppert) Felix; 8 siblings; and 2 daughter-in-laws, Marla and Shawna Felix.
