Age 91, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Heartland of Woodridge Nursing Home. She was born on March 26, 1919, the daughter of James McCormick and Mollie Thach.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet (Thomas) Frass and was preceded in death by her late husband, Azad Israelian
