Ellen Q. Troy

Age 94 of Manor Care of Woodridge-Fairfield, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 at Hospice of Cincinnati, Blue Ash. She was born November 16, 1912 in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth (McDonald) Quinn. Ellen was raised in Manhattan, and lived in Stuart, Florida for 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Jane (Fred) Herzner, Hamilton; Jere (Jo) Troy, Manorville, N.Y; Kevin (Susie) Troy, Shamong, N.J.; grandchildren, Jill Herzner, Cincinnati; Janine (Zachary) Bolt, Loveland; Christopher Herzner, Cleveland; Tara and Brendan Troy, Shamong, N.J.; great-grandchildren, Kyra, Alex, Ayden, and Kenna Bolt, Loveland.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur F. Troy; and sister, Teresa Quinn Breen.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. -- until time of Mass (11:00 a.m.), Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at Sacred Heart Church, 400 Nilles Road, Fairfield. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Also, the family will accept condolences at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
