Elvin D. Stepp

Elvin D. – age 68 of Fairfield Township passed away Friday, April 21, 2017.  He was born May 12, 1948 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Bernie and Audrey Stepp (nee Combs).  On June 26, 1971 Elvin married his wife Sandra Stepp (nee Mertens).  Elvin was a professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Cincinnati for 35 years, and the holder of seven patents.  He is survived by his wife of 45 years Sandy, his daughters Crystal Stepp and Karen (Scott) Crutcher and his granddaughter Luci Crutcher.  He is also survived by numerous friends and colleagues.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 1PM at the Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.  Visitation 11-1PM.  Burial to immediately follow at the Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt. Healthy.
