Florence Knox
March 25, 1919 — January 3, 2011
Knox,Florence Demarios Reeves, embarked on her journey home January 3, 2011 at the age of 91. She was the loving wife of Harold, who preceded her in death in January 2010. Together they had three children, Karen (Robert) Hadden, Bruce (Jeannie) Knox both of Cincinnati, and Randy (Sherry)Knox of Tampa Florida; devoted grandmother of seven, Julie (Charles)Hadden Orr, Greg (Kiki) Hadden, Glenn Scott, Kristy (Jeff) Knox Zboril, Karissa Knox, R.J. Knox and Daniel Knox; and five great grandchildren, Emilee Knox, Jonathan Orr, Jackson Orr, Logan Scott, and Brennen Zboril. Florence loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed her role as a Scout leader while her children were young, and put her energies into her favorite hobbies later in her life. An awardwinning knitting and crochet artist, she also was an avid doll collector, a member of the Eastern Star and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to dance. Memorial services wil be held at 1:00 pm on Monday January 10, 2011 at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Chapel, 2145 Compton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45231.
