Florence K Sisson
September 23, 1931 — June 29, 2009
Age 77 passed away June 29, 2009, in the home she so loved. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 55 years, Fred D. Sisson; son, George (Annette); devoted daughter and best friend, Julie; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jacob (Barbara), Skye (Nick) Chaney, and Chris Baker; great grandsons, Ethan and Aidan; and her cherished dogs, Sugar and Sadie. She also leaves behind her very special brother, William E. (Ann) McCracken; many loving nieces; nephews; family; friends; and neighbors. She will forever be remembered for her generous and loving spirit, love of quilting, devotion to family and her strength and courage while battling illness' for many years.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2009, at the S.K. Holtzinger Memorial Presbyterian Church, 10104 Auburn Ave. Cincinnati (Gano), Ohio 45241, at 2pm. Graveside services will be private at Crown Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Animal Adoption Foundation, 2480 Ross-Millville Rd, Ross, Ohio 45013 (a no kill shelter).
