TAMBOER, Frances Leeann, infant daughter of Haley Mills and Raymond Tamboer passed away on December 20, 2015. She is also surved by her sisters, Isabelle and Adrienne Tamboer; grandparents, Charlotte (Jeff Binstadt) Barnes, Rick (Teresa Mussman) Mills Sr., James (Vanessa Meadows) Tamboer Jr.; aunts and uncles, Whitney Mills, Rick Mills Jr., Derek Mills, Stephen Bosworth, Clint Bosworth, James Tamboer III, Jessie Tamboer, Rachael Tamboer, Louann Tamboer, Grace Tamboer, Marc Tamboer, Bonnie Samuelson, and Danielle Tamboer. Visitation will be Wednesday January 13, 2016 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, 45014.
