Franklin D. Kelly

Age 75 of Oxford, passed away Friday, July 9, 2010 at Liberty Nursing Center in Oxford. He was born August 9, 1934 in Three Points, KY, the son of John Henry and Maude Blanche (Boshears) Kelly. On February 12, 1955 Franklin married Juanita F. Smith in Mt. Healthy, OH. He was a member of the World Wide Church of God.
Franklin leaves behind his wife, Juanita Kelly; children, Gregory (Kim) Kelly, Jeffrey (Diane) Kelly, Michael Kelly, April Lee (Steve) Combs, and Alberta Hope (Logan) Henson; siblings, Ronald, John, Shelby and Barbara; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and great-granddaughter, Jade.
