Franklin “Dee” – age 80 of Fairfield, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017. He was born April 12, 1936 in Harlan, KY to the late Lawrence and Allie Moore (nee Howard). On October 27, 1956 Dee married his wife Katherine Moore (nee Hoskins) who preceded him in death on January 29, 2013. He is survived by his son Jim (Colleen) Moore; grandchildren Chad, Brad, Sami, Dalton, Noah, Colton, Kayla and Gabrielle; great-grandchildren Caitlin and Carissa;special nephew and “adopted son” Lester (Mary Jo) Thomas; also survived by sister-in-laws Rosetta Wardrup and Lucy Finet and many nieces, nephews and friends. Dee is preceded in death by his wife, his son Wayne (Dawn Overbey) Moore, brother Wilburn (Dorothy) Moore and sisters Jerri Musgrave and Wanda Moore. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 1130AM - 130PM with services to begin at 130PM. Pastor Shawn Baker officiating.
