Furmon Milton Mize

MIZE

Furmon Milton, age 86 of Fairfield passed away on January 27, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on September 13, 1933 in Hamilton to the late Rossco and Lola (nee Creech) Mize. On May 20, 1967 he married Mary Wilkens, she survives him.

Furmon is also survived by his children, Mike Mize, Jim (Tina) Mize, and Kathy (Chip) Gettle; grandchildren, Vivian Gettle, John and Jessica Magee; great grandchildren, Kevyn, Katerina, Konnor, and Austin; brother, Norman Mize and Wilda Scheffel; numerous other family and friends.

Furmon was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the VFW.

Visitation will be Friday, January 31, 2020 from 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. with Father Larry Tharp officiating. Condolences may be offered at www.avancefuneralhome.com
