Gil Kent age 64, Passed away Friday, April 6, 2018.  He was born in Nelsonville, OH on June 29, 1953 to Ted L. and Freda (Gill) Voigt.  Gil retired as a science teacher from Fairfield City Schools.   Gil loved sports and coached basketball, baseball and golf at several schools including Fairfield, Badin and Mt. St. Joseph University.  Gil was employed for more than fifteen years by the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother Ted Voigt.  Condolences are available at avancefuneralhome.com.
