Age 63, of Monroe, loving mother of Tina (Terry) Smades, Tracey Tinker, Bill Tinker, Toni (Dennis) Howard, Hugh (Barbie) Tinker, Trisha Tinker and the late Lawson Tinker, III; grandmother of 9; sister of Bonnie Sipe, Sandy Allen and the late Jewell Pennington; daughter of the late Woodrow Ball and Alice Martin; went home to be with the Lord on October 16.
