Hazel V. Webb

WEBB, HAZEL V., 95, entered the presence of the Lord, Wednesday, April 17, 2013 following a brief illness. Hazel was born in Enid, OK, September 1, 1917 to parents Robert and Vernie (Davis) Philips. She married Mancil R. Webb in Kingfisher, OK, on July 1, 1935. She was the mother of three sons, Rev. Raymond L. Webb of Hamilton; Robert W. (Bob) Webb of Wichita Falls, TX; and the late Richard E. Webb of San Angelo, TX. As a busy pastor's wife she served with her husband as he served churches in Kansas, Louisiana, Ohio and Texas, where they resided for over 30 years. She resided in Lubbock, Texas until moving to Hamilton in 1998 and then to Fairfield. She was the grandmother of six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

Hazel is also survived by her sister, Vernda Jean (Richard)Schrahl of Ringwood, OK and her brother, Charles R. Phillips (Jean) of Little Rock, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Mancil R. Webb; son, Richard; daughter-in-law, Joanna Webb and four siblings.

Hazel resided at the Fairfield Pavilion the past nine years. The family would like to thank the administration, staff, nurses, and aids for their attention and loving care. Funeral visitation will be Saturday morning April 20, at 10 a.m. at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Rev. Raymond L.
