Helen L. Meyer

Helen L. "Tuke" Meyer, age 86 of Fairfield passed away Monday March 13, 2006 at Hospice of Cincinnati. She was born August 25, 1919 in Cincinnati, the daughter of Richard and Monie (Bates) Thacker. On December 26, 1953 she married Bernard Meyer in Lawrenceburg, IN. Mrs. Meyer was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Bernard "Bernie" Meyer; grandchildren, Stephanie Remers, Bernard Whitson and Stephen Whitson; great-grandchild, Michaelanne Remers; brother, Alvey R. Thacker; and sister, Anna Grether. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter Marsha Whitson.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. - until Mass of Christian Burial (10:30 a.m.), Friday March 17, 2006 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 400 Nilles Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014 with Father Norman Langenbrunner, Celebrant. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Also, condolences may be sent at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
