KRETSCHMAR, Herbert C., age 86, of Greenhills passed away on October 7, 2015. He was born on February 15, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Gilbert and Lucille Kretschmar. Herbert was the beloved husband to Joyce who preceded him in death in 2008. He is the loving father of Rick (Deborah) Kretschmar, Kay (Bill) McCoubrey, and Kim (Drew) Dailey; dear grandfather of Heather (Laif) Miller, Lindsay (Andrew) Hermes, Andy Eberhart, Ben Eberhart, Chris McCoubrey, and Mike McCoubrey; great grandfather of Caden and Rachel Miller, Hanna and Griffin Hermes, and Farrah Eberhart. Herbert is also survived by his sister Tootsie Craft, and many dear friends. He is also preceded in death by his parents. Herbert retired from Proctor and Gamble where he was employed for many years as a chemist. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
