Iris (nee Bryant) – age 83 of Hamilton passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015. She was born March 10, 1931 in Hamilton to the late James Paul and Stella Bryant Sr. On January 7, 1950 in Liberty, Indiana she married her husband Rex Farler who preceded her in death in 2011.
Iris is survived by her children Timothy (Rosangela) Farler of Fairfield, OH., Marilee Lewis of Florence, KY., and Susan (Ronald) Cole of Ozark, MO.; brother Dr. David (Debra) Bryant and sisters Faye Jones, Bertha (Thomas)Logsdon, Blanche (Gordon) Bialik, Jeanne (Michael) Rognes, Emily (Ronald) MacFee and Linda Carter; daughter in law Dorothy Bryant; also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Rex, her son Rex Alan Farler, brother James Paul Bryant Jr., daughter in law Marcia Farler (nee DeSouza), son in law James Lewis, and brother in law Earl Jones.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, 45014 from 11AM until time of service (1PM) with Revs. Gordon and Blanche Bialik officiating and guest speaker Rev. Hugh Rosenberg. Private burial to follow service at the convenience of the fami ly at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Hamilton.
