Jack L. Crouch

Crouch Jack L. – age 89 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018.  He was born February 7, 1929 in Hamilton to the late Frank and Dorothy Crouch (nee Grabel).  Jack was a member of the West Side Christian Church and a veteran of the US Army, serving during the Korean War.  He is survived by his wife Helen Baker; children Vicki (Chris) Ortman, Angie (Jim) Taphorn and step-daughters Karen Baker and Myra (Jack) Myczka;  brother David (Loretta) Crouch and sisters Martha (Kenny) Halcomb and Betty (Stanley) Sizemore; grandchildren Anthony (Amanda), Ashley (Bobby), Krystal (Alex), Jaimie (Darrin), Jimmy (Maria), Rebecca (Justin), Zachery and Gilberto;  great-grandchildren Kaylen, Jack, Julianna, Jaylyn, Kenzie and Rylee; also many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his beloved wife and mother of his children, Carol Crouch, 5 brothers and 1 sister.  Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 6-8PM at the Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.  Funeral service will be Thursday morning at 11AM at the funeral home with Dan Nicely and Pete Taylor officiating.  Special thanks to Dr. Sternberg for your care and Hospice of SW Ohio, especially Darnetta, Tabetha and Eric.  Online condolences may be left by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
