Jack H. Jr. age 62, passed away March 26. Loving husband for 41 years to Adrianne (nee Dornhorst); beloved father of Michael (Lori) Cornell and Cherie (Thomas) Campbell; devoted grandfather of Jackson and Daniel Cornell. He enjoyed his time traveling and enjoying life with his family.
Visitation will be Friday, April 1, 2011 from 2 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. at Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014. Memorial Contributions may be given to Juvenile Diabetes Association.
