Jack Hart

Age 72, of Fairfield, passed away Thursday, June 07, 2007, at Lakeridge Villa. He was born November 18, 1934 in Cincinnati, the son of Ray and Opal (Kramer) Hart. Due to the loss of his mother, Jack was raised by his maternal grandparents, Carl and Lula Kramer; and his father and step-mother, Margaret Hart. On June 23, 1956 he married Donna Lutes. Jack was a member of Fairfield Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Hart, sister, Dorothy Baker, son, Jeffrey Hart, daughters, Robyn Hart and Karla (Dan) Wittrock, and grandchildren, Cory Hart, Andrew, Christopher, and Jenna Kalthoff. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Jane Smith.
Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. - until time of service (2 p.m.), Monday, June 11, 2007 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, with Dave Hargrave officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Condolences may be sent to www.avancefuneralhome.com.
