James E. – age 77 of Colerain Township passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014. James was born in Cincinnati on April 22, 1937 to the late Marshall and Sarah Davis. Before retiring, Jim worked for B&O Railroad and Ford Motor Company. As a member of the Flying Knights, Jim held a private pilots license and enjoyed flying, fishing and spending time on the lake with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Wanda L. Davis (nee Lindsay); children James Kenneth and Lindsay Earl Davis; grandchildren Jake, Sam and Casey Davis; Jim is preceded in death by his brother Melvin Davis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Janua ry 2, 2015 from 6PM until time of Memorial Service (8PM) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, 45014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to either the Cincinnati Nature Center or VITAS Hospice. www.avancefuneralhome.com
