James R. Jacoby

JACOBY James Jr.– age 45 of Hamilton passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020.  He was born October 31, 1974 in Hamilton, the son of the late James Jacoby Sr. and Alice Weaver.  As a child, he played in the SAY Soccer league and participated in the Special Olympics in swimming and track. James was a 1996 graduate of Fairfield High School and attended Miami University afterwards.  He worked for Joint Vocational Services and Easter Seals as a part of their Avon enclave staff, as well as the Guard unit on Symmes Road.  Jay loved animals, traveling and especially football tailgating with the Bengals Bomb Squad in which he was a Class of 2014 inductee.  He is survived by his sister Melissa Jacoby and preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.  A Memorial Tailgate will be held at Harbin Park in Fairfield at a later date to be announced.  Online condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
