James Henderson Saylor

James Henderson Saylor, age 74 of Fairfield passed away Tuesday August 10, 2004 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born July 8, 1930 in Hamilton, the son of Jerome and Beulah (Henderson) Saylor. On July 16, 1955 he married Rose Ann Dunkle. James was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the US Navy. He worked as an engineer and real estate agent, most recently for Huff Realty. James was a member of The Vineyard Church in Hamilton.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Ann Saylor; sons, Jerrl, Rik, and Keith Saylor; brother Rolly Saylor; sister Marietta McIntosh; and 5 grandchildren, Byron, Dustin, Ryan, Brent, and Josie. James was preceded in death by his parents; and son Christopher Saylor.

A memorial service will be 4 p.m., Sunday August 15, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. The family will also receive friends Sunday from 3 p.m. - until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Hamilton, 896 NW Washington Blvd., Hamilton, OH 45013. For your convenience, memorial envelopes will be available at the service.
