Age 44 of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Hospice of Sunrise following a courageous battle with Colon Cancer. Jane was born in Hamilton on September 20, 1962, the daughter of Harold E. and Nancy L. (Thorpe) Hampton. She was educated in the Fairfield City Schools, graduating from Fairfield High School in 1980. Jane was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Jane is survived by her husband Jim R. Sizemore; her beloved children, Stephanie N. and son-in-law Christopher Manifold, Jeremy D. McIntosh; and Stacey R. McIntosh; her devoted mother Nancy L. Hampton of Fairfield; brothers, Gary J. (Anita) Hampton of Clearwater, FL, Harold E. Hampton II of Fairfield; grandchildren, Brittany and C.J. Manifold; niece, Shawnan (Dan) Reese; nephews, Gary J. Hampton and Joshua (Tiffany) Hampton; several great-nieces and nephews; special cousin, Margie (Dan) Lintz of Hamilton and their children, Beth, Katie, Michael and Annie; aunts, Martha M. White and Mary Plessinger; uncle, James W. Meyer; various other aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends Michael O'Dell, Cindy Bowers, Michelle Darone, Tonya McCroskey, Vickie Schwab and Zelpha Dawes; extended family Mike and Carol Sostox and their children, Annie and Megan.
Janie was preceded in death by her father, Harold E. Hampton; grandparents, John and Lucy Hampton and Walter J. and Margaret A. Meyer.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. - 6 p.m., with services beginning at 6 p.m., Friday, December 15, 2006 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1285 Main St., Hamilton, OH 45013 with Mike Head and Rev.
