Janice M. Gentile-Smith

Age 53 of Fairfield, passed away, Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Ft. Hamilton Hospital. She was born November 12, 1953 in Hamilton, the daughter of George F. and Elizabeth Marie (Adams) Gentile. Janice was a teacher in the Cincinnati School System. She was a member of the Italian-American Ladies' Society. And she participated in DARE at Winton Woods Elementary School. Janice was also a member of the Eaton Road Church of God. Janice's outgoing personality was loved by all who knew her. Her fun-loving and compassionate way will be missed by those who love her.

She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Marie Gentile; companion, Tammy Norman and Kaleb and Kyler Dunning; sisters, Mariann (John S.) Little and Gina Gentile; and special friend, Connie Sexton. Janice was preceded in death by her father, George Gentile on July 23, 1989.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at Eaton Road Church of God, 2000 Eaton Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013 with Dr. Dale French and Pastor Clay Norman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Tuesday at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Memorials may be made to the Janice M.
