Janise A. Cook

Janise A. Cook - Age 76 of Fairfield, passed away unexpectedly August 28, 2025. She was born November 13, 1948 in Sewickley, PA to the late Agnes and Walter Grag. She was a former Administrative Assistant to Dr. William Rogers DDS, a graduate of Ambridge Area High School and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by her Husband Jerry A. Cook of Fairfield; Son Tedd D. Nadeau of Hamilton; Nephews Brian (Rosio) Dannible and their children and Liam M. Dannible, both of Summerville S.C. ; Nieces Nicole G. Dannible of Kettering, OH. and Kaitlyn S. Dannible of Summerville S.C.; Also survived by many Friends and Family. Visitation will be held September 13, 2025 from 9 – 10 AM at Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, Oh. 45014. Mass will follow at 1030 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 400 Nilles Road, Fairfield, Oh. 45014.
