Jay Nelson Heimbold

Jay Nelson Heimbold, age 63, passed away on Wednesday April 30, 2025. Born in Miami Florida on August 10, 1961, the youngest son of John and Audrey Heimbold. He has two older brothers David and Daryl Heimbold. His nickname is Jaybird, loving father of his son Joshua Sterling Heimbold. Jay’s son Joshua has two children Crimson and Scarlet making Jay a proud grandfather in his later years. Jay was multi-talented a jack of all trades and he was a highly respected Art Conservator. He was a Master Craftsman, Artist, Musician, Comedian, Puppeteer, Mechanic, and he could roller-skate better than most people could ever dream too..  He loves his family very much and his amazing dog Simon was his loyal companion to the very end. We will miss you Jaybird very much until we are all reunited in Heaven together with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 21, 2025, from 11:30 - 12:30 at Woodside Memorial Chapel, 1401 Woodside Blvd. Middletown OH 45044. A reception to follow from 12:30 - 1:30.
