Jeffrey Allen Heflin

Jeffrey Allen Heflin – age 55 of Fairfield passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022.  Jeffrey was born April 18, 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio; the son of the late William and Janice Heflin (nee Embry).  Jeff was an avid Reds fan; Johnny Bench was his favorite player. When he adopted a dog from Tails of Hope Ohio in 2015, the dog was named Frazier in honor of then-third baseman Todd Frazier of the Reds. He also was a long-time member of the SCA (Barony of Flaming Gryphon) and earned an award for his leather-working. His last completed project was a belt based on 4th-5th century Roman designs.  Jeffrey is survived by his spouse Terrie Holahan; brother Bryan (Gina) Heflin and sisters Linda (Troy) Walton and Melissa Jonathan; Brother-in-law Kenny Gall; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.  He is preceded in death by his sister Janine Gall.  A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held Thursday evening, August 11, 2022 from 5 - 7 PM at Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Tails of Hope Ohio (https://www.tailsofhopeohio.org/donate).
