Age 34 of Liberty Twp., OH. Passed after a courageous battle with breast cancer. The beloved wife of Michael Carter; devoted mother of Allie, Madison, Shawn, Katie and Georgie; loving daughter of Al and Joanne (nee Heid) Urbaniak; giving sister of Tricia (Rusty) Trenker, twin brother of Jeff Urbaniak, and Mark Urbaniak.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2008 at the Lakota Christian Church, 5962 Hamilton-Mason Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45011. Funeral: 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 19 at the Church.
