Jennifer “Jen” Marie – age 42 of Hamilton, passed away on December 17, 2015. She was born March 13, 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Mary Macke and Heather Phillips. Jen was a Certified Occupational Therapist and actively involved in the Special Olympics. She is survived by her parents, her brother Harry Phillips and her grandmother Grace Macke; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 12191 Mill Rd., Cinti, OH 45240 with a luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to either the Therapeutic Recreational Softball League or Butler County Special Olympics.
