Jeremy B. – age 29 of Hamilton passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. He was born April 28, 1986 in Cincinnati, OH to Teresa Glaze (nee Korb) and the late Mark Glaze. He is survived by his mother, Teresa; brother Mark Glaze; also survived by numerous family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 12-2PM at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014 with service to begin at 2PM.
