Age 49 of Middletown, OH passed away Saturday, January 10, 2009. He was born November 11, 1959 in Middletown, the son of Alvin and Carolyn (LeForce) Arnold.
He is survived by his children, Richard Taylor and Jacob Addison Arnold; brother, Jan (Barb) Arnold; sister, Jamie (Ted) McGuire; and niece, Candice Leary. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. - until time of service (1 p.m.), Monday, January 19, 2009 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, OH. Condolences may be sent at www.avancefuneralhome.com
