Jerry, age 54, of Fairfield passed away on September 10, 2016. He was born on September 28, 1961 to Joseph and Marcella Flora.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Marcella Flora; siblings, Susan O’Neal, Pam (Ken) Dailey, Vivian Flora, and his twin brother, Terry Flora; nieces and nephews, Lisa O’Neal, Ryan (Sheree) O’Neal, Christopher (Julie) O’Neal, Kevin Dailey, Matt (Cassie) Dailey, Lee (Teresa) Flora, Nathan Gilmore, and Joseph (Ashley) Gilmore; many great nieces and great nephews. He is also survived by friends, Eldon Steiner and Nicole Chapman.
Visitation will be Thursday September 15, 2016 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield 45014. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Burris officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
