Age 69 of West Chester passed away Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. She was born February 11, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of Clarence and Loretta (Espelage) Felix. On March 20, 1976 Joan married Robert M. Thacker, Sr. in Covington, KY. She was a Realtor for Coldwell-Baker until her retirement in 1995 and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
Joan leaves behind her husband, Robert M. Thacker, Sr.; sons, Shawn (Terri) Thacker and Bobby (Norma) Thacker; brother, Jim (Thresa) Felix; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 8 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Clare; and grandson, Capt. Matthew Mattingly.
