Joan age 68, formerly of Hamilton passed away on August 16, 2012 at the home of her sister. Joan was born on June 6, 1944 in Hamilton to Leonard and Mildred (nee Huff) Helton. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. She is the beloved wife of William "Merle" Willis of Coldwater, MI; devoted mother of Dora Eisner, Lisa Ann Paproski, Cari Lynn Buckley, Tami Ray (Tony) Everidge, and Tara Joan (Karl) Webb; loving grandmother of Michael Boykin, Sarah Willis, Stephanie Paproski, Alyssa Eyler, Anna Paproski, Justin (Hannah) Willis, Tori Willis, Ashley Everidge, Tyler Eisner, Robert Gill and Kayla Gill. Joan is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Richard (Christine) Helton, Gary Helton, Doug (Dawn) Helton, JC Helton, Dennis Helton, Hermetta (Ray) Melton, Yvonne Taragin, Kim Butts, Sheri Helton, and Betty (Billy) Bowling. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Judy, Jerry, Donnie, and Steve.
