JoAnn age 78 of Cheviot passed away on July7,2017. She was born in Cincinnati on February 10, 1939 to Ben and Dorothy Dragon.
JoAnn is the beloved widow of Ted Wilburn: Loving mother of Beverly (Glenn) Stamper, JoRena (Rick) Phelps, Victor Wilburn,
Mark (Joyce) Wilburn, Bruce (Debbie) Wilburn, Denise (Sean) Caldwell; grandmother of 14; great grandmother of 21.
Memorial Service will be held on Monday July 17, 2017 at Arlington Memorial Gardens Chapel, 2145 Compton Rd., Mt Healthy,
Ohio 45231, 12 noon to 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital
