John L. age 69 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on January 10, 2013. He was born on February 14, 1943 in Hamilton to Elmer and Evelyn (nee Horn) Garrett. John was a master plumber by trade. He is the much loved father of Valerie (Paul) Joyce, Tester (Angela) Lewis, and Steven Lewis;loving grandfather of Perry Lew, Ashley Lewis, Heather Lewis, Tessa Lewis, and Alex Lewis; dear brother of Bill (Kathy) Garrett, Jannette Whitmore, June Jones and Marilyn Berry.
John is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Butler County Elderly Services, 1500 Fairgrove Ave., Hamilton, OH 45011. Meals on Wheels program.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
