John Paul Junker

A gentle man. Beloved husband of 57 years to Rose Marie (DePowell); loving Father of, Denise (Mike) Kennedy, Diane (Mike) Henry, Dawn (Jim) Backus, John (Sharon) Junker, Deena Tobergta; father-in-law to, David Brearley; precious grandfather to, Rebecca (Terry) Schultz-Lyons, Jessica Schultz, Dawn (Rob) Langdon, Sarah (Chad) Myers, Jim and Dan Backus, John, Chris, Suzanne, and Stephanie Junker, and Ryan (Sarah), Kyle, Erin, and Kristen Tobergta; gentle great-grandpa to, Lydia Rose Langdon, and Bryson Shelton; brother of, Bill (Shirley) Junker, and Bob (Mary Lynn) Junker; and brother-in-law to, Cathy Junker. Paul was preceded in death by daughter, Deborah Brearley; and brothers, Dale and Dan Junker.

He passed away peacefully at home Friday, May 16th, at 80 years old. Paul lived a rich life; he coped with amazing bravery and patience having dealt with Parkinson's disease for 15 years. Friends may attend Funeral Mass at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on Mill Rd, Sunday, May 25 at 5pm.
