Age 82 of Hamilton went to be with his Lord and reunited with his loving wife on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at Mercy Franciscan at Schroder. He was born July 26, 1925 in Cincinnati, the son of Alma Kaiser. John served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy. He was a devout catholic and was a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, where he ushered for many years. John worked the majority of his life in sales for Omar Bakery, Beechnut, Inc., Sell, Inc. and Saalfeld Paper Company.
On September 25, 1948 he married the love of his life, Marie Adelle Craigie at St. Ann's Catholic Church. From this union, four children were born Sheryl, Karla, Karen and Johnny Michael. From the moment his kids were born, he was involved and interested in everything they did. As his daughters have said, "we had the most perfect childhood anyone could have." John will be remembered for his hard-working, yet easy going personality. He loved kids, especially babies. He was always willing to do whatever he could to make it easier on those around him. He was a true gentleman. He missed his wife everyday since her passing and is rejoicing that he is now at rest with her. Grandpa you will always be respected, remembered and missed!
Mr. Kaiser is survived by his loving and caring daughters, Karla Jean (Paul) Avance and Karen Kaiser (John R.) Eifert, Jr.; grandchildren, Bryan (Gerri) Avance, Stefanie Eifert, Valerie Eifert, and John R. Eifert, III "Jack"; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Jadelyne Avance; brother, Carl "Sonny" Lancaster; and sister, Sandra (Greg) Stenger. John was preceded in death by his mother; wife; daughter, Sheryl; and son, John Michael.
