SHORT
John D. age 84, passed away on October 1, 2011. Dear father of Nikki (Tony) Edmondson; loving grandfather of Aiden and Kaleb; brother of Annette Flannery, Morristown, TN, Doris Fain (Gene) McQuery, Wilmington, SC; sister in law, Patricia Short, Celina OH. Preceded in death by his parents; John M. and Dovey (nee Morris); and his brother Dallas Short.
John worked at Fisher Body until his retirement in 1986 and he was a member of UAW Local 233.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 11:30 at The Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Visitation will be from 10-11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
