John C. Stacy

Age 63 of Cincinnati passed away Friday, July 16, 2010 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. He was born October 7, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH, the son of William and Ruby (Muncy) Stacy. On September 23, 1972 John married Mary Frances Pierson at Jamestown Church of Christ in Jamestown, OH. He was a Facilities Manager for Rohm & Haas until his retirement in 2003. John was a devoted member of the Fairfield Church of Christ, serving in many capacities including the Chairman of the Building Committee for the last two expansions.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Mary Frances Stacy; son, Matthew Stacy of Grove City, OH; daughter, Michal Stacy of Louisville, KY; and brother, James Stacy of Norwood, OH. John was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Fairfield Church of Christ, 745 Symmes Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014 with Alan Weber officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Wednesday prior to the funeral service at the church. Burial will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 22 at Crown Hill Memorial Park. The Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, Fairfield is serving the family. Memorials may be made to the John Stacy Memorial Fund, c/o Fairfield Church of Christ.
