Joshua Todd "Jay" Sebastian

Joshua Todd Sebastian Jr., at age 21, fell asleep in his apartment on December 3, 2021, and he woke up in the presence of the Lord. He was born on June 12, 2000, the son of Jamie Joye Witt (nee Strebe) and Joshua Todd Sebastian Sr.

Joshua was a full-time student at UC College, studying paleontology.  He dreamed of buying land in Wyoming and moving out there where he could uncover archaeological treasures and host archaeological expeditions. He was a certified welder and worked in the construction industry for a couple of years.  He loved history, traveling, and going to the shooting range.  He collected board games and antique firearms.

He is survived by his mother Jamie Witt (Joshua); father, Joshua Sebastian Sr. (Shelly); and brothers Luke Sebastian, Landon Molesky, Joseph Witt, Bruce Witt, and Elijah Sebastian, as well as nine grandparents and quite a few aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his sister Courtney Elizabeth Sebastian.

Visitation will be 12 Noon until time of Services (1 p.m.), Thursday, December, 16, 2021 at Hilltop Baptist Church, 2425 Mack Rd., in Fairfield, 45014 with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.  The family will accept condolences at www.avancefuneralhome.com
