Joyce Ellen, age 57 passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Joyce is survived by her siblings; Mike (Barbara) Harper, Barbara Harper, and Rosemary (Rick) Neeley. Also survived by her nieces and nephews; Chris (Tammi) Harper, Joe (Malia) Harper, David Harper, Amanda (Mark) Zaydman, Caleb (Elie) Burroughs, Luke Burroughs, Ben Burroughs, Jessica (Taylor) Cox, Adam Neeley, and Jill Neeley.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 6-7 pm at Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of SW Ohio, 4050 Executive Park Drive Suite 402, Cincinnati OH 45241-2020.
