Joyce A. Wells (Engelbert) – age 86 of Fairfield, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026. She was born August 19, 1939 in Richmond, Indiana, the daughter of the late Clarence and Malvin Engelbert (Pryfogle). Joyce is survived by her daughters June "Charlie" Hawkins and Jerri (Jeff) Southerland; grandchildren Brian Beckett, Aaron Beckett, Jessica Southerland and great-grandchildren Alex Beckett, Ethan Beckett, Ryan Beckett, Mira Beckett, Lucas Moore, Jacob Moore and Johnny Southerland; She is preceded in death by brothers Ted, Bob and Bill Engelbert, sister June Abrams and grandson Johnathan Southerland. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 4PM until time of service (5:30PM) at Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, OH, 45014.
